Where We Ship From

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our global fulfillment partner. Products are shipped internationally, with most orders originating from warehouses in China.

Delivery Estimates

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
• Expedited Shipping (when available): 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Damaged or defective items: We will replace or refund at no cost to you. Please send a photo of the damage when contacting us.
• Wrong item received: We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
• Change of mind: We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases due to the international nature of our shipments.
